Through our plan governance process, RetireRight Pittsburgh facilitates program implementation, assist in the creation of required documents and an ongoing monitoring process which assists with continued compliance. This is done concurrently with documenting and storing the data necessary to comply with regulatory requirements. We have created a ËœFiduciary Vault' for our clients which would satisfy the request of any plan auditor by providing a comprehensive paper trail.

In addition, we provide comprehensive fiduciary training to plan sponsors. By obtaining a Fiduciary Trained and Certified Seal, clear evidence is provided of your efforts to understand and address
ERISA guidelines and industry best practices.
