Don Settina, CFP®, AIFA®, PPC™ President and CEO	Donald J. Settina, CFP®, AIFA®, PPC™ Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst™ Professional Plan Consultant™ President and CEO, RetireRight Pittsburgh, LPL Investment Advisor Representative Managing Director, Financial Service Standards, LLC Lecturer, Robert Morris University Don has over 30 years of serving corporate plan sponsors and mid-to-high net worth investors. As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst™, Don is able to educate plans on ERISA compliance. As a Professional Plan Consultant™, Don is able to provide clients with a process to help show prudence in the management of their company plan. Don and his team spend over 26 weeks a year on the road providing critical education, which makes him one of the most sought after retirement consultants and sets his service model apart from the typical consultant. Don co-founded Financial Service Standards, LLC, which formalized one of the most comprehensive 401k plan management programs available, dubbed the 401k Service Solution™ for Plan Sponsors. Don teaches the Professional Plan Consultant™ designation program at Robert Morris University, giving advisors around the country access to the 401k Service Solution™ tools based on Don's service model. Don co-authored The 401k Service Solution Handbook for Plan Sponsors and Fiduciaries and is a recognized speaker on qualified plan management and ERISA compliance issues.

Cynthia Settina, PPC™ Operations Director	Cynthia Settina, PPC™ Operations Director Cindy has been with the firm since 1997 and is the Office Manager. The prior 19 years she had been with ADP (Automatic Data Processing) where her most prior positions were Account Executive and Employee Trainer in their payroll - employer services division. Cindy is also RetireRight Pittsburgh's Operations Director, handling back office processes as well as being our internal IT Person. In this position, she ensures that everyone in the office follows the company motto "Do what you say you are going to do". Cindy has a BSBA in Accounting from Robert Morris University. Cindy lives only five miles from the office and enjoys golf, reading, staying in touch with family and friends, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Brett Myers, PPC™, AIF® Financial Assistant Brett compiles the retirement analysis projections for individuals and plan participants to determine the funding liability for their goals. Brett is a key liason in our wealth management department. Brett holds a Series 7 Securities and Series 66 Investment Advisor registration with LPL Financial and is currently pursuing the CFA Designation.		Brett Myers Financial Assistant

Bonnie White Communications Assistant Bonnie is our Communications Assistant and Computer Operator. She is invaluable in her role of client follow-up and communications. She runs our back office computer system and is responsible for all client print and email correspondence, automating our back office processes, and ensuring our administrative and participant annual calendars action items are implemented. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching her boys play football and soccer.		Bonnie White Communications Assistant

Betty Johnston Administrative Coordinator Betty Johnston is our Administrative Coordinator and Records Manager. Shortly after retirement, she joined RetireRight Pittsburgh. She works part-time performing various duties that include managing the supply of sales literature and marketing materials, maintaining client files, and assisting the team with both individual client meeting prep and qualified plan meetings and trips. Betty and her husband Dave, reside in rural McDonald. They enjoy spending their spare time with their children and six grandchildren, all of whom live in the area.
